Contract of Employment of Vessel Crew commences 3-4 days prior to boarding of
Vessel and Expires on Subsequent off-signing at Delivery of the Vessel.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:-
- The Master and Mate shall stand watch rotations.
- The Master and Mate will not stand watch for more than
12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- The Master shall be on the Bridge during all canal
transits.
- One AB shall be assigned to the Master's watch, and one
AB shall be assigned to the Mate's watch.
- The Chief Engineer and the Assistant Engineer shall
stand watch rotations of no more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- The Chief Engineer must be in the Engine Room during
all canal transits.
- One QMED shall be assigned to the Chief Engineer's
watch and one QMED shall be assigned to the Assistant Engineer's watch.
